With more than ten years of industry experience and an extensive client list within the worlds of film and editorial fashion, Jafra Bryant is establishing herself as one of the leading colorists of her generation.
Originally from Seattle, Jafra moved to NYC to study under editorial colorist & Suite Caroline owner Lena Ott and team before moving on to start her own practices in Seattle, New York and now setting up roots in Los Angeles. Her focus on natural colors that provide longevity and fade well over time has won her the trust of modeling agencies and celebrities including Julia Garner, HAIM, Porter Robinson, Meraki Models, LA models, Julia Chan, Cherry Glazer Clementine Creevy, Anna Lunoe and others.
Jafra’s specialties are color corrections or major color changes as well as balayage, or free-hand painting of the hair, a technique that results on more vivid, nuanced color and healthier hair. Her practice includes the services of color consulting, model agency pairings, sponsorships, brand partnerships and color campaigns.
